Prices and Payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping, and payment options. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal – We apply a full right of withdrawal with the following basic conditions:

14-day unlimited right of withdrawal with free return shipping:

This applies when you've changed your mind about your purchase without having used the product. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course, you can carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal starts from the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. In your message to us, it must be clear that you're changing your mind and preferably why. We will then send you a return shipping label to use and refund what you've paid for the item within 30 days from the day we received the item, or if it's a service, from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs unless agreed upon in advance.

30-day right of withdrawal without free return shipping:

This applies when you've changed your mind about your purchase after using the product. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. When returning the item, it should be packaged in the same way as when you received it, including protective materials, informational materials, etc. The item should be easily resellable without repackaging. You can use the item, but you are responsible for ensuring it is not damaged. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

In some cases, we offer to cover the return shipping costs after the 14th day for customers who constructively help us point out, develop, and improve aspects of the item that have led you to want to withdraw your purchase after use. This occurs by agreement and with our return shipping labels – email us at fans@inski.se. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs unless agreed upon in advance.

Custom-made items:

If the purchase concerns a custom-made item or an item that has a distinct personal touch, the withdrawal period starts from the day we confirmed your order.

Warranties and Services

Inski XC Trainer comes with a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts and does not include possible accessories. Email us with a clear description of the issue, and preferably pictures and videos that clarify, to fans@inski.se.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the contract with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. Transport Damage

We always try to use the best possible shipping companies for our transports. Unfortunately, this in some cases includes operators such as PostNord. In the event of transport damage, both the item and the packaging should be photographed immediately upon discovery, preferably at the collection point where the package was picked up. The photos should then be emailed to fans@inski.se along with a clear description of the issue. If the transport damage is significant, we recommend not accepting the package and asking the collection point to return it with a complaint. If the item needs to be replaced due to transport damage after being collected, we will send you a return shipping label to use. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs unless agreed upon in advance.

Refund Obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it's a service, from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
