Prices and payment

Each item is stated with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment options. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method. (Please see special terms for certain countries regarding VAT.) 

Right of withdrawal – We apply full right of withdrawal with the following basic conditions:

14 days unlimited right of withdrawal with free return shipping:

This applies when you wish to cancel your purchase without having used the product. You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but can, of, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. In your message to us, it must be clear that you wish to cancel your purchase and why. We will then send you a return shipping label to use and refund what you have paid for the item within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notice that you wish you wish to cancel. Please note that we do not reimburse expenses for return shipping in any other way than the shipping label provided unless otherwise agreed in advance.

30 days right of withdrawal without free return shipping:

This applies when you wish to withdraw from your purchase after using the product. You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. Upon return, the product must be packaged in the same way as when you received it, including protective material, information material, etc. After return, the product must be easily resold without repackaging. You may use the product, but are responsible for ensuring that it is not damaged. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to, in some cases, offer free return shipping also after the 14th day, or after the product has been used, for customers who in a constructive way has helped us identify, further develop and improve aspects of the product that made you want to cancel your purchase. This is done only in rare cases and only with our return shipping label – email us at fans@inski.se for further information. Please note that we do not reimburse expenses for return shipping in any other way unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Custom made items:

If the purchase concerns a custom-made item – or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we have confirmed your order.

 

Guarantees and service

Inski XC Trainer has a one-year warranty. The warranty does not apply to wear parts (Expandable parts) and does not cover any peripheral items. Email us with a clear description of the case and preferably pictures and film material that clarifies your case to fans@inski.se and we promise to get back to you with all the help we can!

 

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Transport damage

We always try to use the best possible forwarder for our transports. Unfortunately, this does, in some cases, include forwarders such as the notorious Postnord in Sweden. In the event that a transport damage is discovered, both the product and the packaging must be photographed immediately upon discovery, preferably directly in front of the shipping agent where the package was delivered.

The pictures should be emailed to fans@inski.se together with a clear description of the case.

If the transport damage is significant, we recommend not accepting the package and ask the agent to return it with a complaint. If the item is picked up and needs to be replaced due to transport damage, we will send you a return shipping label to use. Please note that we do not reimburse expenses for return shipping in any other way unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

Repayment obligation:

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the item within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notice that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
